This Community will be for anyone interested in Classical Lyrical Poetry (that is where it’s starting, anyway).


I have an old poetry book that I’m interpreting, with only the knowledge I have at the moment.


There are 433 poems, in the collection.


The poems, so far, have captured my attention because they take me to a time without radio, tv or internet; but, the Humanity shines. (I’m in favour of Humanity).


This project is for my edification, but, there may be others that find it useful, as well. I understand that you can just go look up the meanings as you like; and, that’s OK too.
